Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

All orders can only be processed after receipt of payment. Please pay the invoice amount within 7 days.

If you choose the payment method PAYPAL, the next step is to forward you to PayPal. As soon as the required data has been entered there, it automatically goes back to this shop to complete the order.

If you select the SOFORT transfer payment method, the next step is to forward you to SOFORT. As soon as the required data has been entered there, it automatically goes back to this shop to complete the order.

Shipping

Shipping, both within Germany and internationally, takes place via Deutsche Post Warenpost including shipment tracking.

• For all shipments within Germany we charge a flat shipping rate of €3.80 (including VAT). Free Shipping for orders from an order value of €29.00. 
• For all shipments within the rest of Europe we charge a flat shipping rate of  €5.80 (including VAT). Free Shipping for orders from an order value of €79.00.
• For all shipments destined outside Europe we charge a flat shipping rate of €7.80 (including VAT). Free Shipping for orders from an order value of €79.00.

Any possible customs and import taxes must be paid by the recipient.

Since all products are individually hand made after ordering, the average processing time is approximately 5 to 7 working days. At certain times (e.g. around Easter or Christmas) the processing time may be extended up to 14 working days.

From time to time there may be delays in shipment, so please wait 1-2 weeks before contacting us about a missing package.
